Do we offer a free trial?
No, the product requires configuration for the right user experience. Therefore, we are happy to work with you to demonstrate and example the scenarios that can be built out. Contact us to book a demo.
Do we offer discounts for not-for-profit organisations?
Yes we do, contact us to book a demo if you are not speaking with us already and we can organise a contract with not-for-profit discounts applied.

How do I buy the product?

Which financial services do you connect to?
We have an easy API key connection process to Xero and Quickbooks. With Xero, you can add multiple companies. However, given your data is in Salesforce you can use any app off the Salesforce AppExchange to create a connection or create a custom connection through the Salesforce API.
Can I cancel at anytime?
When you purchase the product you will sign a software-as-a-service (SAS) subscription contract. This contract will be for a minimum of one year. Your contract will be payable according to it’s terms. Please discuss any contract questions with your account manager.
Do you limit invoice volumes?
No, you can create and sync as many invoices as your Salesforce instance is licensed to handle.
Which Salesforce editions are supported?
Current we support Professional Edition and above. Professional Edition only supports non API functions such as quoting, contracting and invoice functions. For full finance automation and credit card payments you will need to be Enterprise Edition and above.
Do you charge per invoice or transaction?
No, we only charge a licence fee per user for access to Beanie and it’s objects.
How do I implement the product?
We will coordinate an implementation process with you to ensure Beanie is configured correctly and your data is flowing as it should. This implementation process is an extra cost and can be discussed during the purchase process.
Do you offer month-to-month plans?
Our pricing is set on a per user – per month basis and paid annually. We do not offer a month-to-month payment plans. Please discuss your contract terms with your account manager during the purchasing process.
